    Both. Diana works with clients worldwide via Zoom and offers in-person facilitation for mindfulness sessions, guided mediations, retreats, wellness weeks, and onsite events.
  • How long are sessions?
    Whether your team needs a quick 20-minute mindfulness reset, a half-day session, or a full-day immersive workshop, every program is customized to fit your team’s availability and desired outcomes. Flexibility is key—we meet you where you are.
  • Are your sessions accessible to everyone?
    Yes. All offerings are inclusive, beginner-friendly, and trauma-informed. No prior experience with meditation or yoga is needed.
  • What results can we expect?
    Clients often report improved team focus, reduced tension, more positive mood, better sleep, and healthier team culture—even after just a few sessions.
  • Is this suitable for high-performance industries? (Tech, Healthcare, Finance, etc.)
    Absolutely. My programs are specifically designed for high-pressure environments where clarity, focus, and emotional resilience are essential. I have experience working with professionals in tech, healthcare, finance, and other demanding industries, helping teams navigate stress, improve decision-making, and maintain performance while fostering well-being.
  • What’s the ideal group size for a session?
    I can accommodate a range of group sizes depending on the format. For interactive workshops, small to mid-sized groups (up to 25 participants) allow for deeper engagement. For larger teams or company-wide sessions, I offer guided practices and talks that can be scaled for 50+ participants. I always tailor the structure to ensure a meaningful and impactful experience, regardless of group size.
  • Do you offer custom program proposals for companies?
    Yes. Every organization has unique needs, and I collaborate with HR leaders and wellness teams to design customized program proposals. These can include multi-session series, themed workshops, leadership retreats, or ongoing mindfulness support tailored to your company’s culture, goals, and schedule.
